You agree to make sure you have received and read your booking confirmation email before arrival.

We will not take responsibility for any damage caused to you, your pet/s or any item of property or if your pet/dog escapes from the field. You agree to take full responsibility for your own and your dog's safety and and anyone you choose to bring with you and their dog/s. You agree to use the field at your own risk. 

You agree to check the fences each time you visit and assess whether it they suitable to keep your dog safe. This is entirely your responsibility.

You agree that you have third party dog insurance and/or will take full financial responsibility for any damage caused by you or your dog, regardless of who is to blame.

You will not let your cause damage to the field. If you or your dog causes any damage to the field, equipment or other user of the field or their dog you will report it immediately. This includes digging holes, chewing any equipment or driving into gate posts etc.

Any commercial client (day care, dog walker or trainer etc) using the field does so under their own business insurance and will take full financial responsibilty for any injury or damage to themselves or a clients dog. 

You or your dogs will not enter the car park or field while there is someone else using the field. If there is any issue you agree to visit the house at Clover Hill Farm or call to get assistance from us.

You agree that sessions are 50 minutes long, starting on the hour. This allows for a smooth changeover between visitors. You will leave the premises immediately after your walk so as not to disturb the next visitor. If you arrive early for or overrun your session or disturb another customer we reserve the right to charge you a base rate of £10 for the following or previous session.

Although we understand that dogs may bark at the field please do not allow you dogs to continuously bark during your session. If barking or shouting carries on throughout your session for a sustained period of time you will be asked to quiet your dogs or if not possible you will be asked to leave. 

You agree that you will not bring any food or drink into the field including chewing gum.

You agree that any imported dogs you bring to the field have been tested for Canine Brucellosis and you can provide a evidence of this on request.

You agree that you understand that we cannot control the environment outside of the field and cannot guarantee a quiet walk. For example we cannot be held responsible for sound from shooting or crow scarers or traffic etc. 

Visiting dog(s) at Clover Hill Farm will be accompanied by their owner(s) at all times.

You understand that the toys, agility equipment, paddling pool are additional extras and may not be available at your visit and we are able to enter at any time during your visit for urgent maintenence (eg water refill). We will ask permission to enter in this case.

Visiting dogs will not be let off the lead in the parking area.

You agree that all visiting dogs and people are from the same household and to only bring one car per booking. You may arrange to visit with other households. We will need 24 hours notice and anyone arriving separately must agree to our terms and conditions via an online form which we will send you. If you do not inform us others will be joining you on each booking you will be asked to leave.

If you have someone else bringing your dog for you, they must also agree to these terms via an online form.

You will bring a torch and a light for your dogs collar if visiting us after dark and you will not visit for the first time in the dark.

You will be responsible for picking up poo after your dog and placing it in the bin provided or taking it home with you.

All payments are non-refundable. 

You will reschedule the booking within the members area with 6 hours notice if you would like to reschedule your booking. If 6 hours notice is not given, you will forfeit your session.

Your dog and any other pets in your household aren't unwell. If any of your household pets show signs of illness, you will reschedule your booking.

You are using the space for personal, recreational use only. (Commercial clients please contact us) 

Aversive training methods are not permitted, including excessive shouting.

You will collect all of your personal items, including dog toys and rubbish after a session and you understand that the field is a non smoking facility.

You will only dispose of dog poo in our bin, all other rubbish must be taken home with you.

You understand that the field is uneven and there are rabbit holes and warrens and there are cracks in the ground due to the hot weather.

All bookings are subject to availability.

You understand we are making improvements in the fields and small sections may be fenced off at times. These areas will be made safe and the field will still be able to be used as normal.

You will not drive or park on the grass.

In the event that you lose anything at the field you understand that we can't cancel bookings for you to search, you will need to return when bookings have finished for the day to search.

In the event that your car breaks down on site or you have an accident, you understand that it is entirely your financial responsibility and liability. If we need to cancel bookings to accommodate removal or a repair you will be charged in full for the time taken in field sessions. You will need to remove the vehicle yourself. 

You agree to book and pay for the number of dogs you are bringing to the field. 

We do not allow more than 1 slot a day to be booked by one person without prior arrangement. Holding slots is not allowed, if you are found doing this your bookings will be deleted and the credit refunded to your account.

You agree to adhere to these terms and conditions every time you visit Eva's Green.

You agree if you are visiting with an XL Bully you will send your certificate of exemption, life certificate in case of a claim and public liability insurance to us at evasdogfield@gmail.com on booking and adhere to the rules found here. 

If you do not comply with the above terms and conditions we reserve the right to deny you access to or remove you from Eva’s Green and it’s service without any refund for the session.
