Dog Logs

What’s long, wooden, and officially the hottest hangout spot in the field right now?
That’s right. LOGS.
We recently added some chunky, beautiful big logs to the field — and to say the dogs are obsessed would be an understatement. They're sniffing them, climbing them, leaping off them like action heroes… and in one case, just sitting on top like a very proud woodland king.
Here’s why these logs are more than just a rustic bit of tree:
1. Natural Agility Fun
Logs are amazing for building your dog’s confidence and balance. Whether your dog is a seasoned agility pro or just likes to clamber, the uneven surface of a log gives them a whole new kind of physical challenge — without needing fancy equipment.
2. A Sniff Safari Dream
Logs are basically sniff central. Bugs, bark, mystery smells from other dogs… it's like a sensory buffet. Let your dog take their time — it’s great mental stimulation.
3. Perfect for Games
Here are a few things you can do with your dog using the logs:
Paws Up – front paws on the log like they’re posing for a photo shoot
Jump On / Jump Off – great for building strength and coordination
Find It – hide a treat in a crevice and let them sniff it out like a woodland detective
4. Insta-Worthy Moments 📸
Let’s be honest — dogs on logs just look cool. Whether you’ve got a majestic floof posing like a lion or a zoomy pup mid-jump, it makes for some great photos. Tag us if you get a good one!
Final Bark:
We love making the field fun, safe, and stimulating for your dogs — and these logs have quickly become a favourite. Next time you’re here, let your dog explore them, climb them, sniff them, and strike a pose.
And if you’ve got any photos of your dog going full woodland explorer, we’d love to see them!
